These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between Mind Full Rehab Pty Ltd (ABN 99 697 748 968 | ACN 697 748 968) ("we", "us", "our") and any person who accesses or uses our website at mindfullrehabpty.site or who enquires about or engages our services ("you", "your").

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or engage our services.

2. Nature of Services

Mind Full Rehab Pty Ltd provides counselling, mindfulness-based therapy, psychology support, rehabilitation programs, group therapy, and related allied health services in Western Australia.

Our services are general in nature and are not a substitute for emergency mental health or crisis support. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please contact emergency services (Triple Zero — 000). Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or a therapeutic relationship. A formal engagement of our services is established only upon explicit written agreement between you and Mind Full Rehab Pty Ltd.

3. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) ("ACL") or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, where we supply services to you as a consumer under the ACL, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to:

• The resupply of the services; or
• The cost of having the services resupplied;

at our election, unless it is not fair or reasonable for us to rely on this limitation.

Information shared by clients in the context of therapeutic, counselling, or rehabilitation services is treated as strictly confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy, applicable professional ethical obligations, and Australian law. Disclosure may only occur in the limited circumstances described in our Privacy Policy, including mandatory reporting obligations and situations involving serious and imminent risk to life.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including the ACL), Mind Full Rehab Pty Ltd excludes all liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or our services;
• Any loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or data;
• Any reliance on information published on this website that is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date;
• The unavailability or interruption of our website.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if not capable of modification, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreement entered into between you and Mind Full Rehab Pty Ltd, constitute the entire agreement between us with respect to your use of our website and services and supersede all prior discussions, representations, and agreements.
